Once you have made a booking we will contact via email to send out the contracts, we will require : Full Name & Address ( Required for the Rental Agreement ) Contact Number ( required to send you your Chalet access code ) Contract We Will Send Out : Short term Rental Agreement OPP Noise By Law Hot Tub Policy ( if applicable ) Pet Policy ( if applicable ) Snow Removal Waiver ( if applicable ) Other things to Note : All guests must be over the age of 21 ( excluding families ). The use of subwoofers, DJ equipment, loud speakers, or loud car stereos are not allowed on the property. Pillows and duvets are supplied but you would need to bring your own bed linens and towels. Check In time is 4pm Check out time is 11 am
