The top floor is open concept with a large fully equipped kitchen, dinning area for your whole group and a living room with a floor to ceiling brick fireplace (electric). The bay windows offer great views of the BLUE MOUNTAIN area. Step out of the open concept living room to the large second floor deck and take in the fresh Blue Mountain air. The downstairs features a large recreation room with a PING PONG TABLE. This cottage has 8 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, 6 person HOT TUB and SAUNA. The chalet is located within 1 km of Blue Mountain and a short 15-20 minute walk to the Village, with over 25 shops, bars and restaurants.

Rental rules
Check in: 4:00 p.m. Checkout: 11:00 a.m. Self check-in with building staff No smoking Pets are allowed Maximum occupancy is 8 people (including adults and children). No additional guests or visitors allowed. Security deposit of $1500 (pre-authorization on credit card only) is required upon check-in All guests must be at least 25 years old (unless it's a family getaway). 2 nights minimum stay is required All guests must abide by municipal noise-bylaws The use of subwoofers, DJ equipment, loud speakers, or loud car stereos are not allowed on the property. Pillows and comforters are provided, please bring your own towels and bedding. (can be provided at an extra cost)
