Check in: 4:00 p.m. Checkout: 11:00 a.m. Self check-in with building staff No smoking Pets are allowed Maximum occupancy is 16 people (including adults and children). No additional guests or visitors allowed. Security deposit of $1500 (pre-authorization on credit card only) is required upon check-in All guests must be at least 25 years old (unless it's a family getaway). 2 nights minimum stay is required All guests must abide by municipal noise-bylaws The use of subwoofers, DJ equipment, loud speakers, or loud car stereos are not allowed on the property. Pillows and comforters are provided, please bring your own towels and bedding. (can be provided at an extra cost)
